These terms apply when you use this website or engage IT Inspectors ("we", "us") for any service, including web design and development, app development, SEO, digital advertising, website maintenance and eCommerce marketplace account management. By doing either, you accept them.
1. Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it, so there are no surprise charges.
2. Payments and fees
Projects are billed in agreed instalments. Maintenance and marketing plans are billed in advance on the recurring billing date each month or year. Late payment may pause work.
3. Ownership
On final payment, the code, content and design created for your project are yours, along with the relevant account logins. Third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their own terms.
4. Timelines
We quote timelines we believe we can meet. Delays caused by late content, feedback or approvals may extend the schedule accordingly.
5. Security of your account
You are responsible for keeping your logins secure and for any misuse of your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Backups and data
We take backups as described in your plan, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copy of important data. Except where your plan includes restores, we are not responsible for restoring data.
7. Delinquent accounts
We may suspend services or end this agreement if charges remain unpaid after they fall due.
8. Conduct
Your website may not be used to defame others, and you may not defame IT Inspectors or associated parties.
9. Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the next billing date; please give written notice at least 7 days before that date. Project work already underway is billed for work completed.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care in everything we build and host, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including third-party outages beyond our control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published means you accept them.
